Our connective tissue is all over our body and holds everything at its place. However, the older we get the more stress we have causing tightening which breaks our connective tissue. Basically, the tissue gets dry and loses its elasticity. A lot of back problems, experts say are caused by the nerves of the connective tissue. With YIN YOGA I can teach you an easy way to make that tissue work smoothly again and it`s wonderful for people at all ages. Your backpains will lessen and your body will be working more proficiently. In YIN YOGA we`ll work mostly with the lower back, pelvis and hip area, but you will see changes in your upper back as well. Personal Training sessions will be 50 min in a very relaxing atmosphere, so you can easily do it before or after work or whenever you feel free.
